      BRE Service company was created from a property management perspective. Michael McNally, the broker of Bodhi Real estate. Ltd., started his career as a property manager in 2006.  He soon realized that the maintenance and upkeep of a property was crucial to its financial success.  He also concluded that finding reliable contractors was the most difficult and time consuming aspect of managing a property.  The frustration with other contractors motivated Michael to form Main Line Property Maintenance, LLC (MLPM) in 2009.  After a few years of consistent growth and seeing the need of other property managers Michael wanted to offer his services to a wider range of customers.  BRE Service Company was added as part of The Bodhi Company in 2017 and currently handles the day-to-day maintenance of hundreds of investment properties.  Our company is accustomed to working with all types of situations, from professionally managed units to individual home owners.
